Spraying sterilization cooling tunnel is an ideal machine for the sterilization of fresh fruit dairy, lactobacillus milk, calcium milk, yoghurt, fruit juice, health-care beverages, tea, beer and other foods, medicines after packing. It's suitable for cans, glass bottles, PET bottles and roof-packs.

Characteristics:
1) It's made of stainless steel with compact structure and nice appearance
2) Good quality plastic mesh chain boards are available at high temperature (less than 95°C) for a long run-time, and shorter when temperature is 104°C
3) Water flow are even and stable which sprayed from wide-angle nozzles, so the temperature is constant when sterilizing
4) High regenerative effect and low energy consumption
5) Adopts high precision temperature sensor (error: ±0.5°C)
6) Sterilization temperature is controlled by PLC or PID, and recorded or displayed by
single/dual-pen recorder or paperless recorder etc
7) Line speed is adjustable according to different process technologies
8) Automatic loading and unloading set can be easily connected with automatic production transfer line
9) We can supply heat distribution test service to show the temperature changes during the production by online professional testing system
