Instant UHT sterilizer has many advantages such as cannula heat exchanger, high regenerative effect, low energy consumption and easy to operate. The objective was to design a system where a little nutrition losses can be achieved using very short run-time for products .It has been widely used to handle liquid product such as fresh milk, sauce, beverages, liquors, soybean milk and liquid medicine.
