Detailed Product Description

This vessel made of SUS 304 or 316L is designed to ferment and control fermentation process with mechanical blender.

Fermenters are used to make such products as yeast, vitamin C, citric acid, penicillin, and other products. Fermentations are usually carried out in this vessel with multiple impeller systems. Air is sparged in at the bottom, to provide the micro-organisms with oxygen. It is important for the vessel that the mixer disperses the gas into fine bubbles, to ensure good mass transfer from the air to the product. It is equipped with automatic spray balls cleaning the vessel to meet the GMP requirements.
